Always free shipping on orders $75 or more for USA, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico Customers. For orders under $75 we offer standard $8 shipping within the US, Puerto Rico, & the Virgin Islands. International shipping is also available for some countries - shipping rates will be based on USPS quotes. Due to the GDRP Regulations we stopped shipment to EU countries. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after placing an order with your status:
Order Confirmed: We have been notified of your order and your order is being worked on.
Order Fulfilled: Your product has been shipped. You should have received your tracking number via e-mail.
Order Refunded: For any reason if you need a refund, or cancel an order you will get an email on Full/Partial refund has been given to you. Your money will be returned the way you paid.
Welcome: If you create an account you will get a welcome email.
Declined: Your order has been declined due to incomplete or possible fraudulent circumstances.
Returns & Refunds Policy
You may return most new, unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
