Ordering
Where do you ship from?
We are located in Columbus, Ohio and all of our items shipped from Columbu, Ohio.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Do you refund shipping charges?
We don't refund the shipping charges.
What is your Refund Policy?
- You've got 30 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.
- Items must be returned in a new and unused condition.
- Items must have all the tags attached.
- Please obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on the return to us.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use UPS and USPS Priority mail, and some other local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. We try to ship your order the same day we receive.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Due to the covid restrictions at this time we can only ship within United States. US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.
I do not have the original packaging, can I still return?
Absolutely!, just put it in a sealable, waterproff package and send it to us.
